The views are particularly nice. The hotel is tidy. The building is nice and the rooms are neat. The location is nice, 1 mile from a grand Aga Khan Palace. It's in a good area, which is another bonus. The lobby restaurant is good, it has excellent dishes.

Friendly staff. Great location for dining and nightlife. Spacious room with comfortable bed, mini fridge, and snacks. Ample sunlight and strong wifi.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to restaurants, cinemas, the airport, Koregaon Park, and even a nearby pub. They provided me with a Wheelchair Accessible room, complete with a bathroom, balcony, and a comfortable bed, which was wonderful.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and supplied with modern amenities such as excellent WIFI and comfortable air conditioning. The breakfast is very delicious and nutritious, a perfect start to the day.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful, showing no understanding for any of my requests. I was charged extra for a late checkout and the front desk insisted on a ridiculous 22-hour stay policy which made no sense.

As budget travelers, we appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi, Fi. the location was also convenient, being close to the city center and various restaurants and shops.
